I was happy to help the Lullymore, Barnaran, Drumsru and Cappanargid Community Alert Group with organising their recent Crime Prevention Talk in Rathangan.
Thanks to the speakers on the night, Sergeant George Doherty, Sergeant Gavin Dunphy, Sergeant Paul Pender, Conor O’Leary of Muintir na Tíre and Fiona O’Loughlin TD for chairing the talk.
Councillors Daragh Fitzpatrick, Mark Stafford and Anne Duggan Connolly also joined us on the night as some local crime issues were discussed with the community.
This was the first talk in a series of talks being organised by LBDC Community Alert together with Rathangan Community Alert Body. The next talk on Drugs Awareness and Addiction takes place in December.
