An individual from Dublin was identified by a letter I found in household waste near the level crossing on the Lullymore Road in Allenwood South. They will receive a €150 fine which is not high enough in my opinion.
Unfortunately GDPR means their identity must be protected, which doesn’t make sense to me as fly-tippers are criminals and should be named and shamed. I am tempted to test the regulation by naming and shaming in the future.
