I am delighted to announce that Carbury Parish group have been awarded a grant of €4,748 towards maintenance work on Carbury Church.
Minister Martin Heydon informed me that this heritage grant was awarded as part of the July Jobs Stimulus Package and the community volunteers on the ground tell me that they hope to see work commence soon.
The funding is well deserved and it’s great to see a lovely piece of local heritage being looked after by the community.
