A reminder that the 821 bus service is now serving Naas and Newbridge and the villages of Allen, Kilmeague, Robertstown, Allenwood, Coill Dubh, Prosperous and Caragh.
The adult fare is just €1.10 if you use a Leap Card for any trip (€1.50 if paying cash) and the service is running very regularly. Under 5’s travel free and Free Travel Passes are accepted.
I have asked Local Link to look at providing additional stops at the Traveller’s Rest, Littletown (serving the Barrow Blueway & Ballyteague) and Mondello Park Gate 1 (serving Mondello, Éire Óg Corra Choill Hurling Club, Caragh Celtic FC and Donore).
There has been a need for this affordable public transport service in our area for a long time, and people need to start using the service so that we keep it.
