Lullymore Graveyard is maintained by the local community with support from the Doyle family, and always looks well.
It is located on the site of an historic monastic settlement, which was known as Lilcach. An ideal location, as it was surrounded by the Bog of Allen on all sides.
Some of the stone slabs from the monastery survive to this day in the walls of the nearby 1798 memorial and the walls of the graveyard.
