Drainage works are underway today in Coill Dubh to alleviate two areas of flooding that I have been monitoring in recent months.
The parents and children of Coill Dubh NS should be able to enter and leave the school safely for the new term when these works are complete. I was very happy to work with the parent association of the school to have this resolved.
My thanks also to residents for making me aware of the flooding at the footpath near the back lane, which will also be resolved.
