In 2021 I made a submission to the NTA requesting a new bus service from Allenwood to Rathangan which would serve the Bog of Allen Nature Centre and Lullymore Heritage and Discovery Park.
We met with the NTA on Monday and it looks like this service could possibly be provided later this year or early next year. It would be a massive boost for tourism in the area and I will keep you updated as we learn more.
