A lot of Residents Associations are getting in touch with me over problems with their estates. Developers are dragging their heels and failing to finish off estates, once their profits have been made.
It’s not fair on the people paying their mortgages and rent, to have to fight them alone. The bond system is meant to be there to ensure estates get finished.
I raised the issue at the full council meeting on Monday, and I am only getting started with this topic where I requested that the last report on estates in the county, from 2018, was brought up to date to reflect the current state of affairs.
