I’ve started delivering a flyer this week to residents of Killina and Allenwood seeking their feedback on the proposed Grand Canal Greenway. I’ve had a couple of common topics come up already and I will write about them today.
I am proud to have been selected as a candidate in the Local Elections next May for the Clane Local Electoral Area. The selection convention was held in the Westgrove Hotel, Clane, last night. Kildare County Council have announced an exciting new project to build a 40 kilometre Greenway along the Grand Canal in Kildare. Details of the plan are available on the council website. A planning application has already been submitted and detailed drawings are available.
